Build and set up an end to end diagnostics product line + client integration validation within 6 months.
Priorities For The Client
A Client required to validate integrating with a large Healthcare Provider to,
- Receive an order to send out a home sampling kit and receive it back from a potential patient;
- Lab to receive the sample and analyse the sample using a validated sampling method;
- Send the final results to the Healthcare provider to communicate to the patient.
Why This Was Important?
Validate the feasibility and desirability of a potential Revenue stream and long term Partnership.
Learnings And Highlights
Validating an entire laboratory process was estimated to take 18 months. However with
- value stream mapping,
- Proactively identifying blockers
- Transparent and open communication with all stakeholders
- Prototyping and testing an actual Laboratory method at regular intervals
- And running a “lab validation process” similar to a “Design Sprint”
