When several top tier Transformational Consultants in Stockholm decided to form an organisation, I joined them as their Entrepreneur on board. Snowdrop currently provides senior Transformation Coaching services to multiple organisations in Energy, Finance, Manufacturing and Technology services in both private and government entities.
Contribution
My main role is to,
- Support the CEO and other Co-Founders with business insight, strategy and tactics to stabilise growth
