Support the Founder to organise the first Women’s Health Tech summit in Basel, Switzerland.
Why This Was Important?
FemTech as an industry was a largely ignored segment despite 51% of the world’s population being female. It was also estimated to grow to be a 3 trillion dollar industry by 2030. A young Medical student from Switzerland was on a mission to highlight the major gaps in the Healthcare sector, when it comes to diagnosing female gender related issues.
She intended to organise a conference to address these issues, bringing the relevant players to one place.
At the time I was deep diving into the Women’s Healthcare segment, and reached out to help her organise this very special event.
Contribution
- Connecting with sponsors, and sign up potential partnerships
- Support prior to the event to contact the invitee list who were flying in from all over the world for the event (I myself flew in to Basel from Stockholm)
- Support during the event to ensure the agenda runs smoothly.
